Fried Chicken Kalasan is one type of processed fried chicken that is typical of the Kalasan area, Sleman, Yogyakarta. The specialty of Fried Chicken Kalasan is its savory taste and very typical. Because of its distinctive taste, Kalasan fried chicken is one of the culinary that is very liked by the people and tourists who visit Yogyakarta.
Materials:
1 chicken, cut into 4 parts
1 tsp garlic
500 ml of coconut water
50 g Javanese sugar
2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
1 cooking oil

Seasoning, puree:
8 shallots
4 cloves garlic
1 cm galangal
1/2 tsp pepper granules
1 tsp salt

How to make:
1. Lumuri chicken with lime juice and garlic until blended. Let stand for 1 hour.

2. Boil the coconut water together with the delicate seasoning, Salam leaves, sugar, and sweet soy sauce.

3. Put the chicken, cook until chicken is tender. Lift and drain the chicken until cold.

4. Fry in hot oil and many to dry. Lift, serve warmly.
